When configured via the easy-to-use administration interfaces (see examples) the shopping cart settings will be stored in the database and as pre-compiled HTML pages on the server. This makes the retrieval and display of catalogs and products extremely fast.
Unlike hard coded online catalogs, the database-driven catalogs and products are easier to maintain and update. All that you have to do is change the details via the admin interfaces or by bulk uploading product details as a CSV file. You can also generate hard-coded HTML files out of the database-driven catalogs. This is generally done to make them search engine friendly. Our shopping cart software system lets you do this part quite easily.

It is a proven sales method to include product recommendation and other users' comments on the online catalogs and product descriptions.
